Walt Disney World Annual Pass Options Available Next Month

From Disney:

We are introducing four new Annual Passes offering the flexibility and choice to meet guest needs, each designed based on Passholder feedback. These passes will help our biggest fans experience all that’s to come during “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” – from new attractions and nighttime spectaculars to dazzling decorations at all four theme parks and more!

As we approach Disney World’s 50th-anniversary celebration, four unique passes will be available: The top-tier Disney Incredi-Pass, the Disney Sorcerer Pass, the Disney Pirate Pass, and the most affordable option, the Disney Pixie Dust Pass. Leaving behind a single exclusive Florida Resident option (they have a few options as well as DVC being included in some), all four Annual Passholder passes will be available for purchase on September 8, 2021, and offer a few different benefits or cons like blockout dates. All Walt Disney World Annual Pass options include savings of up to 20% on dining, merchandise, and more.

Within the new annual pass program, the top-tier Disney Incredi-Pass will set a user back $1299, which is a fair amount as we thought the price point was going to be much higher. Payment plans are available for Florida residents, and this pass has no theme park blackout dates. Incredi-Pass users will be able to have up to 5 theme park reservations at a time!

The Disney Sorcerer Pass still provides some great benefits, like an $899 price point, park hopping, etc., with the only “con” being blackout dates starting at this tier (and below). It should be noted that this park pass is only available to Florida Residents AND DVC members.

Florida residents are really in luck here, being the only ones able to purchase the Disney Pirate Pass, and most affordable option, the Disney Pixie Dust Pass. These passes are $699 and $399 respectively, have lots of blackout dates and seasons, and have limited Park Reservation options.

Here, we can find Walt Disney World Resort’s breakdown of the new items available to Annual Passholders: Available will be a newly integrated Calendar, planning options, PhotoPass add-on purchases, Water Park purchases, and blackout date viewing. You will be able to have more Park reservations at a single time and adding of “bonus reservations!”

Disney announced that the Disney Dreamers Academy will once again transform the lives of young people in March of 2022. Each year Disney invites high school students throughout the country to apply for one very sought after spot. In fact, only 100 lucky students will receive the all-expenses-paid trip to Walt Disney World to participate.

Over four days Disney Dreamers will train in various seminars throughout the parks to improve their communication, leadership and networking abilities. They will also experience valuable mentorship opportunities with Disney Cast Members, industry experts, and special celebrity guests.

During its history the Disney Dreamers Academy has invited over 1300 students to explore a vast array of career specialties found throughout Walt Disney World. After the pandemic put a wrench in Disney programming in 2020, the Academy went virtual. But next year Disney Dreamers will return in person, just in time to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the program!

Applications are open now. If you are interested in “dreaming big for your future” you can head on over to DisneyDreamersAcademy.com to apply for your spot!
